Alexandre Vieira Is An Expert In Loop Choke (Estrangulamento Rodado) And Knows How No One Else Can Take The Easiest Path To Finishing Your Lutas Quickly While Using The Maximum Efficient And Minimum Force!
Alexandre Vieira is a member of the Brazilian Top Team and became well-known after knocking out an opponent in a competition held in 2017 in Tóquio, Japan, after his opponent became completely disoriented by the arrocho of his powerful Loop Choke.

Alexandre Vieira (@alexandrevieirabjj) shared a post on July 15, 2017 at 3:59 p.m. PDT.
Following this episode, all eyes turned on Murilo Bustamante’s talented student. Everyone wanted to know how he did it, whether it was planned or just happened… Until everyone realized he always does this!
“I play to finish, not to score points or gain an advantage in order to win the game. I fought for excellence in order to complete a fight.”
Alexandre’s declaration is the most genuine, given that the fighter won 12 fights in 2018, all of which were finals. In his career in the top tier, 37 of his 38 victories were by knockout, and the two times Alexandre fought in MMA in October, he also knocked out his opponents.
Alexandre demonstrated his finalization ability and the efficiency of his Rodado Estrangulamento in 2013, when he finished all eight of his fights, both in category and in absolute, to secure the double championship in one of the most traditional and contested Jiu Jitsu competitions, the Rio International Open IBJJF.
Alexandre achieves this position by utilizing a powerful finalization golpe that is practically indefensible due to being an estrangulament in which the opponent’s pescoço becomes completely engulfed and retorted, concluding as such with any type of defensive reaction from his opponent.
The best part is that there is no mystery in the execution of the Loop Choke; all you have to do is understand the mechanics of the golpe, always looking for the opponent’s gola and turning to finish the fights quickly, just like Vieira does.
After understanding the mechanics of the main golpe movement, Alexandre is able to adapt to the most diverse fighting situations, eventually defeating his opponents regardless of weight or size. Alexandre is a peso pena and still competes in Absolutos, opening the pescoço of opponents in six categories above his own.
The Loop Choke’s adjustability is so impressive that the athlete may use it to finish off his opponents even when without wearing a kimono. And while competing in this sport, the athlete has won major titles like as the Nogi World Cup in 2014, the Grand Slam in Rio de Janeiro in 2016, and several ADCC championships.
Alexandre Vieira’s main attack is one of the most effective Jiu Jitsu Old School golpes, but many people overlook it because they don’t know exactly how to use the Rodeo Estrangulamentos.
Others confine themselves to attacking him only when their opponent has four supporters (guard tartaruga), and fail to recognize the infinite number of entries that may be made to reach this position.
ALEXANDRE ATACA O LOOP CHOKE EM PÉ, FAZENDO GUARDA, PASSANDO GUARDA, E DE TODAS AS MANEIRAS POSSIBLES!
Furthermore, the Rodado Estangulamento may be used as a weapon against the best guardians who believe they are on their way with their 100 kilograms but are caught off guard by an insurmountable estrangulament.
