We spend the majority of our days sitting – at a desk, in front of a computer, in a car, or on a plane – and as a result, our muscles and tendons shorten, we lose mobility, and we become stiff, painful, and tense. Each 30-45-minute class focuses on a certain type of therapeutic method, such as dynamic stretches, neuro-flossing, and static holds.
