Module 1: Overview of the Healing 312+8 Qigong Program (May 3)
During this first week, you will learn about the golden jewel of healing: meridian healing.
You’ll discover how to incorporate meridian systems into a straightforward practical program that promotes longevity and graceful aging in order to prevent sickness and improve mental and physical health.
312+8 has a dynamic combination of tools that combine acupressure points, belly breathing, and squatting with a lovely series of meditative motions to activate and ground your Qi.
You will study the following during the first class:
Stroking the Waterfall at Sunrise – to gather Heaven and Earth Qi and enhance your energies of knowledge, love, and vigor.
Comprehensive information on the healing effect of meridians
Chest breathing, abdominal breathing, and therapeutic abdominal breathing — and when and why to utilize them — according to the 312 Meridian Healing Protocol
Module 2: Activate All Meridians Through Dynamic Squatting and 8 Cycle Movements (Cycles 2 & 3). (May 10)
Dynamic squatting not only strengthens your muscles and joints, but it also activates all 14 meridians, which have a therapeutic impact on your body’s interior organs.
This week, you’ll discover how dynamic squats may help you gain strength and balance your body systems… as well as how to properly use them and various adjustments.
In addition, Robert will develop the previous 8 Cycles exercise and reveal the second 8 Cycles action, in which you will open the yin and yang meridians in your hands and arms. The third 8 Cycles movement will also be taught to you.
This week, you’ll learn:
The second 8 Cycles exercise is Opening the Heart and Embracing the Day, which allows you to sense your Qi’s pulse and immerse yourself in the arms of global loving Qi.
Dancing With the Universe, the third 8 Cycles movement, is designed to balance your central meridian and make you the center of the universe.
A dynamic squats workout with 312 reps that increases strength and balances bodily systems.
How to rotate your waist and tilt your head to alleviate tension in all meridians — harmonizing yin and yang inside your autonomic system
Module 3: Hegu (Joining Valley) & 8 Cycles Movements (Cycles 4 & 5) Clear Emotional and Physical Blockages (May 17)
The Hegu acupressure point is positioned on the large intestine meridian and has an influence on the tissues and organs where the large intestine meridian runs.
This week, you’ll learn everything there is to know about the Hegu point, including how to find it and how to work on it.
Headache, fever, toothache, and other dental disorders, arthritis, cervical spondylosis, frozen shoulder, and tennis elbow are just a few of the diseases that Qigong may help with.
Robert will also fine-tune the previous eight Cycles you’ve learnt and provide Cycles movements 4 and 5.
… and movement 5, which involves stirring the five elements to trigger deeper healing.
This week, you’ll discover:
Turning the Wheel of Heaven, the fourth 8 Cycles movement, is designed to release your heart and kidneys, move your large joints, and develop vitality for longevity.
Stirring the 5 Elements, the fifth 8 Cycles activity, is designed to ignite your healing power and dissolve emotional and physical blocks.
Hegu is the first of three acupressure sites in this therapy, and it has a therapeutic effect.
How to find Hegu, work with it, deqi (feeling the Qi of Hegu), and adjust Hegu to diverse situations.
Module 4: Unwind Your Body, Mind, and Spirit With Neiguan Hegu (Inner Gate) and 8 Cycles Movements (6) (May 24)
This week, you’ll learn how to use the acupressure point Neiguan, as well as its meridian and therapeutic properties.
Neiguan is a pericardium component that opens and relaxes the chest and is directly attached to the thoracic cavity, lungs, and heart. Massaging Neiguan in Qigong can help with heart illness, lung disease, palm heat, elbow and arm discomfort, underarm edema, breast ailments, and more.
This point is also said to help with insomnia, nausea, carpal tunnel syndrome, and epigastric discomfort, as well as boost mental health and memory.
Robert will enhance the 8 Cycles you’ve already learnt, as well as offer the nurturing 8 Cycles action 6, Playing the Tai Chi Ball.
This week, you will investigate:

Module 5: Tonify Your Qi and Blood for Longevity with Zusanli (Foot 3 Miles) & 8 Cycle Movements (Cycles 7 and 8) (May 31)
This week, you’ll learn how to use the Zusanli acupressure point, also known as the point of longevity, including its meridian and therapeutic properties.
Zusali is one of the locations where the meridian’s Qi accumulates and travels deep into the body, making it one of the most essential acupressure points for tonifying Qi, blood, and all internal organs — and promoting overall wellbeing.
Zusali is used in Qigong to treat digestive problems, spleen and stomach troubles, and other ailments like fever, headache, toothache, mental disorders, asthma and wheezing, hypertension, cardiovascular diseases, arthritis, jaundice, palpitations, urological diseases, diabetes, and more.
Robert will also continue to build on the previous 8 Cycles and provide the motions for the seventh and eighth 8 Cycles.
You will study the following during the fifth class:
Rising Mist and Flowing Water, the seventh 8 Cycles movement, works on your Sanjiao, the fascia that binds all of your physiology to move in completeness with you as a one, organic person.
Touching Heaven and Earth is the eighth 8 Cycles movement for balancing yin and yang inside your body.

How to find Zusanli, work with it, deqi (feeling the Qi) of Zusanli, and adapt it to diverse situations
Module 6: Applying Yin and Yang Universal Principles With 312+8 (June 7)
This week, you’ll learn more about the global idea of yin and yang.
Water is pure and clear when it runs freely, like in a mountain stream. This water is safe to drink. It’s high in nutrients and tastes great. However, if the flow is interrupted and the water remains stagnant, it will grow murky and invite sickness.
When Qi runs freely throughout your body, your internal organs receive this radiant energy and feel nourished and fulfilled. You feel fantastic when your inside organs are satisfied.
This sensation will be felt as you progress through all of the 8 Cycles Movement routines in the Flow Like Water sequence.
You’ll also learn how to customize the 312 approach to your own requirements.
You will this week:
Learn more about the global concept of yin and yang, how it was found, and how to use it in your daily life to replenish your Qi.
Discover the advantages of incorporating yin and yang into your Qigong practice and daily life.
Practice the ultimate Flow Like Water sequence – the entire 8 Cycles Movement set.
Investigate how to use 312+8 in your daily life in a natural way.
Module 7: Creating a Life Plan for 100 Years for Healthy, Happy, and Graceful Aging (June 14)
Robert will explain his approach for healthy, joyful, and elegant aging in your final week.
He’ll explain why 60 may be the happiest age. You’ll discover how to overcome some of the most prevalent physical and mental problems as you age. You’ll learn how to defend oneself against disease energetically. You’ll go through a meditation to increase your awareness and improve your life. You’ll also discover a technique for organizing energy inside yourself and your surroundings.
You will learn the following throughout your last week:
The most common weaknesses of the body and mind as you age — and how to overcome them
How to Use the Taste of Awareness to Awaken Your Awareness meditation
Wogu, a practice for protecting yourself from ill or invading Qi BuQiFa, a practice for organizing your own and your environment’s energy patterns
